Spectator Recommendations: 1. Visitors are always welcomed to observe from the lobby. Siblings and other children should refrain from distracting the classes and should remain in the lobby. 2. No pets or animals allows in the gym or viewing area. 3. Please refrain from placing soiled diapers in the bathroom trash containers, a large trach can is available next to the water fountain. Payment Procedures/ Discounts 1. Please make all financial transactions  payable to A Flip Zone. Credit, cash or check are accepted.  The full payment is due to register or to reserve a space in the class or special event. 2.  Tuition is due before the first class of that payment period.  If you choose Tripay or Installment pay option a credit card is required to be on file to cover tuition if tuition is not paid by your child's second class.   Tri-pay tuition is due once a month for the first 3 months of the session.  Installment pay is due once every 4 weeks. 2. Discounts: 10% sibling discount and 20% discount for a second class of the same child. 3.  Cancellation policy:  Refunds are offered for any reason.  Cancellation must be given in a formal verbal or written statement 2 weeks prior to the last class your child will attend.  The amount is prorated back without any discounts and starts from the date the cancellation was received.  The annual registration fee is non-refundable.  4. Cancellation fee: Students that have enrolled for a class and requests a refund prior to the start of a session will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee. The Registration fee is non-refundable. Canceled classes, Holidays, Snow Days 1. When class is canceled due to weather it will be listed on aflipzone.com  and on the answering machine at 816-524-2636. Please make note, if Lee's Summit Schools are closed due to weather, we do not follow their closings.  A Flip Zone reserves the right to change class time due to student and instructor availability. 2. If during a class there would be a power outage, the students would seated in the middle of the floor until the power is restored. If the outage is more than 15 minutes the class would be dismissed and a make-up class would be made available.
